  • Created quality twelve-month strategic roadmap for fractured organization with dispersed engineering teams

  • Led consolidation project through finalization of UAT with internal team and customer acceptance after the 2-year-long project had failed multiple times

  • Implemented best practices for value-based product development and business priority and elevated visibility into the business and customers resulting in C-Level roadmap understanding and acceptance

Defined product strategy and oversaw life cycle management for aggregated platform and data network focused on ethics, quality, and cultural metrics. Assessed user needs and defined products and service offerings for Data Science community across the organization. Recommended buy/build/partner strategies.

Led concept, design, creation and launch of Circa.com under Sinclair Media.  Senior leader of multidisciplinary product teams in the creation and launch of a focused web experience designed to engage and delight targeted demographic users, acquire new customers, and grow advertising revenue. Built dedicated front-end technical team, secured new service platform for content management system and online video service

  • Grew unique monthly website visitors from 300K to 6M over a year with innovative social media marketing initiatives
